On June 15th, the now traditional schwartz MTB Challenge took place in Lammersdorf, near the headquarters of schwartz GmbH. As in previous years, schwartz provided €1 for each small circuit (4 km) and €2 for each large circuit (7.5 km) during the 4-hour challenge.
A total of 163 cyclists competed, to collect money for a good cause, achieving a combined total of 1,852 laps. The donation amount resulting from these laps was rounded up to €2,200. There were additional private donations from participants and visitors to the event.
The Eifeler Netzwerk für Familien e.V. is very happy about this year’s donations. This association supports families in the Monschau region in a variety of ways, including care services, tutoring, counselling and financial support.
