In the event of serious car accidents, some passengers are no longer able to leave their vehicle on their own. In this case, the fire brigade is called upon to rescue the people from their vehicles.
So that the men of the volunteer fire brigade at Kesternich always have everything ready for this type of rescue and can help as quickly as possible, they regularly practice rescuing people from vehicles.
This year’s summer party took place on the premises of schwartz GmbH in Simmerath on July 6th. All employees of schwartz GmbH and Hütte GmbH were invited, together with their partners and children.
Last Saturday, the 3rd schwartz MTB Challenge was held. A total of 144 cyclists took part in the 4-hour challenge, achieving a total of 1165 laps, despite the sometimes very mixed weather.
This dedication has to be rewarded. Therefore, we added something to the 1€ per lap amount and rounded it up to 1600€.
The 3rd schwartz MTB Challenge will soon be taking place.

We look forward to welcoming numerous participants and are pleased that we can support the ambulatory hospital service for children and young people in the Aachen region with the proceeds of this year’s event.
We are thrilled to support the World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen, as a sponsor for the first time. We are particularly proud to be able to give our name to the four-in-hand marathon competition, one of the most popular competitions at CHIO Aachen, with well over 30,000 spectators. The “schwartz GmbH Prize” will take place on Saturday, July 21st.
