Your tasks:

• You carry out training courses for customer personnel and instruct them
• You advise our customers on modernizations
• Your tasks will also include maintenance, troubleshooting, fault rectification and repairs
• You will be responsible for the IT-based preparation and follow-up of service assignments

Your qualifications:

• You have completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology
• Ideally, you have experience in the area of service/customer assembly
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are willing to travel worldwide 60-70% of the time
• We expect very good organizational and coordination skills as well as an independent, committed and reliable way of working with a high level of quality awareness and a strong customer focus
